Account and Verification

One account per user. Information provided at registration must be truthful and current. Astromania Casino reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time for identity verification. False information can lead to account suspension and forfeiture of winnings.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits clear once confirmed by the payment provider. Withdrawals require successful KYC verification and are processed within the timeframes published. Where discrepancies arise, Astromania Casino reserves the right to suspend withdrawals until review completes.

Bonuses and Promotions

Bonuses are subject to these terms plus specific promotional rules. Wagering requirements, max bets while a bonus is active and excluded games are published on each promotion page. Bonus abuse — including bonus hunting or coordinated activity across multiple accounts — leads to forfeiture of all bonus-related winnings.

Every game runs on certified RNG engines audited regularly by independent labs. Where technical faults arise, affected rounds are voided and stakes refunded. Any manipulation attempt — through bots, collusion or exploitation of technical flaws — results in immediate account suspension.

Liability

Dispute Resolution

Fees and Taxes

Inactive Accounts

Accounts unused for more than 12 months are considered inactive. Astromania Casino reserves the right to charge a monthly maintenance fee of A$5 on inactive accounts until the balance runs out or the user logs in again. Notice is sent 30 days before any first charge.
